At Great Harvest Bread Company, we specialize in freshly baked whole grain bread, made from high-protein wheat purchased from family-owned farms in Northwestern Montana. We grind ALL of our 100% whole wheat flour fresh everyday on our European stone mill right here in our bakery. Unlike some other bakeries, we never use preservatives, artificial dough conditioners, artificial sweeteners, or frozen dough that's trucked in from a factory somewhere. Everything is handmade, from scratch right here in our little bakery.
In addition to great tasting nutritious and wholesome bread, we also make breakfast sweets; muffins, cookies, scones, cinnamon rolls, and awesome bread pudding. Our sandwiches and panini feature freshly sliced premium meats and cheeses, fresh produce, and of course our freshly baked bread. Breakfast sandwiches are available 7am - 3pm daily, and lunch sandwiches and panini are served from 11am - 3pm.
We also feature our own made-from scratch granola, pancake mix, flavored oatmeal and cookie mix. The store has a selection of local honey products, fruit spreads, syrup, and make-at-home soup mixes.
Come on in anytime for a free slice of bread from our breadboard.
